Randolph NJ Disorderly Persons and Traffic Offenses

Randolph Township Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. This court hears certain criminal offenses (disorderly persons and petty disorderly persons offenses) and traffic matters (including driving while intoxicated (DWI) charges). Disorderly persons offenses have a maximum sentence of six (6) months in the county jail. Petty disorderly persons offenses have a maximum penalty of thirty (30) days in the county jail. Morris County Superior Court in Morristown, New Jersey.
