Mount Olive Municipal Court Charges: Criminal, Traffic, DWI

The Mount Olive Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. This court hears minor criminal offenses (known as disorderly persons offenses and petty disorderly persons offenses). Some examples of disorderly persons criminal charges are possession of marijuana under 50 grams, simple assault, and harassment.
